Designs shown are copyright of Candy Ink Cards, images may not be reproduced without our permission.
Invitation prices include the invitation, main envelopes and printed RSVP envelope unless stated.
Our pocketfold invitations include RSVP in the price but do not include additional inserts such as directions, parking etc. even if they are pictured.
As all stationery is made by hand, slight variations may occur - this is what makes your stationery unique. Occasionally we may have to substitute a product or component used in our designs and wherever possible we will notify you of any significant changes.
Ordering

Please note a minimum order of 20 invites applies.
We will reply by email or post with a full and final quote whereupon your payment option will be confirmed and an invoice issued.
All quotes/prices are shown in £ sterling.
Please note all quotes are valid for 28 days only.
You are welcome to order your stationery in stages. For example, you may wish to order 'save the date' cards and invitations first and then request additional items such as orders of service, menus, place cards and table plans nearer to the date of the wedding.

Supply of Information
Please note that all text should be typed in upper and lower case as appropriate and emailed to studio@candyinkevents.com.
We will endeavour to check text and spelling as supplied in proofs before sending for approval, however the responsibility lies with you the client to ensure that all wording, spelling (including guests names and venue information), layout etc is correct on the proof before this is sent for printing. If amendments are required to the proof, these should emailed to us immediately via email detailing the exact changes required. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to make sure payments are made on time and proofs approved in good time to ensure that we can meet your deadline.
Proofs
You will receive via email proofs in a jpeg or PDF format for your approval and checking. You will need to check all spellings (guest names, venue names and addresses – check all text on your stationery both for spelling, grammar, omissions and errors). We will endeavour to check the text for spelling etc but this will be your responsibility. If you require any amendments to be made please contact us immediately as any delays to the process will possibly mean a delay to your deadline.
We offer 3 digital proofs free of charge, however thereafter there will be a design charge of £25 an hour for any additional changes to the proof. Please be aware that any major changes to the design at this stage may incur a further design fee. Once you are happy with the final proof, formal approval is accepted via email.
Please be aware that computer screen images do not guarantee a true representation of colour (computer screen settings can vary the colour to the printed version) and therefore variations may occur on the final product.
Copyright
The client indemnifies Candy Ink against any action brought against it for breach of third parties copyright. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for printed reproduction of any photographs, images and txt supplied to Candy Ink, this also includes hymns and songs.
Please note that all our artwork and designs are the copyright of Candy Ink and should not be copied or reproduced in any form without our prior express permission.
All Bespoke designs and artwork remain the copyright of Candy Ink. We retain the right to incorporate artwork or elements from all Bespoke designs into our House Collections. We retain the right to use artwork or elements from our bespoke designs for marketing, advertising and on other products not just limited to stationery.
Please be aware that all intellectual property rights in our designs and products, including text, images and design of our website are and will remain the property of Candy Ink. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued seriously.
Deadlines and Delivery
We always aim to deliver your order before your deadline, but it is important to ensure that you reply to all emails and any hard copy proofs as soon as possible to ensure that your order meets your deadline. Please be aware that lead times can vary, however we will keep you informed of what our current lead times are upon ordering.
If you require your order in a hurry, we will advise if this is feasible during the consultation period and there may be an additional cost.
UK orders will need to be signed for upon receipt, please ensure you provide us with an address where you will be able to sign for your order. Delivery costs are paid for by the client. We take every care when packaging and posting your order, but we cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit. Please be aware that responsibility for damage to or loss of goods shall pass to the client at the time of accepting delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post or delayed due to postal strikes or circumstances out of our control.
Delivery Times
Delivery times do fluctuate but are always a minimum of 3 weeks from point of order. Point of order is when your final invitation, along with fonts and text is approved, not when the first samples are ordered. We always try to accommodate your needs wherever possible, but for your own peace of mind, please allow as much time as possible when placing your order.
Returns
Samples, Cards and Other Products:
If you believe the product to be faulty due to an error on our part, please notify us in writing with the details within 3 days of receiving your order. We would then ask you to return the item/s within 14 days of receipt and the item is in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Customised Stationery Orders:
Please note that all of our Stationery that is customised including and not limited to our house collections to our bespoke design service are the subject of detailed design process with digital proofs provided to clients along the way for customer approval, therefore returns or refunds are not offered on these items.
If there is an issue with your order, then please contact us and we do our best to try to find a solution to help.
Marketing
We reserve the right to use any stationery we create to promote our products and services. We reserve the right to use any or elements of our designs to promote our products, services and use on other products. If you would prefer us not to use your stationary, do let us know.
